The Windows Phone 7.5 operating system has been designed to help you do more in less steps, and keep you updated on the things that are most important to you.

You can customize the Live Tiles on your Start Screen with what you care about--from people to web sites--and they'll continuously scan the web to keep you updated about your world at a glance.

The latest release of Windows Phone--version 7.5, codenamed "Mango"--has hundreds of improvements and new features. Here's just a sample:

Multitasking. Now you can keep your place in a game while reading e-mail or listen to music apps while texting. Many apps can run in the background, so you don't need to shut one down to use another--plus you can switch between open apps in a flash.

Local Scout. Powered by Bing, Local Scout teams up search and mapping to show you nearby restaurants, shopping, and activities in a single tap.

Driving directions. Your Windows Phone can get you where you're going by showing you on the map or giving you directions from where you are.

More social networks. Twitter and LinkedIn are now built into Windows Phone, so practically everything you do on your social networks is a tap away. Windows 7.5 also includes new ways to filter all those new contacts and their social updates.

Android Gingerbread Operating System

AT&T 4G LTE Network

AT&T's 4G LTE network allows for quicker access, smoother media streaming, and faster web experiences. LTE technology is capable of delivering mobile broadband speeds up to 10 times faster than 3G. Additionally, LTE technology offers a faster response time due to lower latency--the processing time it takes to move data through a network--vastly speeding download times for web pages as well as improving services such as mobile gaming and two-way video calling.

By the end of 2011, AT&T plans to launch its 4G LTE network in 15 major metropolitan areas, covering at least 70 million Americans. Coverage will continue to expand in the next few years and is planned to be largely complete by the end of 2013.

Display: The LG Nitro HD offers an AT&T first 1280 x 720p HD display measuring 4.5″ in size while being powered by a True HD AH-IPS capacitive touchscreen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution at about 326 ppi pixel density. The colours are very accurate and sharp.

Look: It has an all-black textured rear cover and a front bare except for the AT&T branding and three capacitive buttons which make the phone look like a darker and slimmer version of the Motorola ATRIX 2.

Nitro HD comes with 5.27 x 2.67 x 0.41 inches dimension and weighs 4.5 ounces.

Camera: Photos are another area where the Nitro HD shines. The phone delivers some impressive stills.

Theres a 1.3 front camera for video chat and an 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 1080p video capture. The recordings are good for YouTube at best.

The Nitros shutter speed is quick, its flash is accurate and the natural lighting shots are simply great even for close-ups.

Processor: Nitro HD features dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm APQ8060 processor with 1GB RAM which isnt fast enough. A Quadrant test would give somewhere between 2500 and 2700.

Operating System: LG Nitro HD, runs on Google Inc.s Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS which is quite stable and has everything the android fans have come to know and love.

Storage: Nitro HD has a fixed 4 GB internal storage with additional 16 GB microSD card included in the package that can be expandable up to 32 GB.

Battery Life: LG Nitro HD is hands-down the most reliable and clear AT&T phone.

LGs equipped this phone with a large 1830 mAh battery to help out with the drain from the large screen and 4G LTE and while it seems to hold its own quite well.
