We accept returns within 7 days only if there is an issue due to shipping, such as damage, or if the item arrives not as described. All of our products come brand new unless otherwise specified.  

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing before an order is shipped out.  However, we always strive to get the order completed as soon as possible.

For a phone with multiple choices available in terms of color, the buyer must specify their choice by emailing us immediately following their order regarding their color choice.  If no message regarding color choice is received, any color may be shipped to the buyer. 

NOTE: We ONLY ship to confirmed PayPal addresses.  Please contact PayPal to have them assist you in confirming your address before purchase if necessary.  We must always ship to the address given to us in PayPal, even if a customer checks out with a different Shipping Address on the webstore.  As such, please be sure that the PayPal address represents the correct destination.
