Returns are accepted within 7 days if there is an issue due to shipping, such as damages, or if the item arrives not as described. All of our products come brand new unless otherwise specified.  Please allow up to 2-3 days for processing, but an item may be shipped the next day.  For a phone with multiple choices available in terms of color, the buyer must specify their choice by emailing us immediately following their order regarding their color choice.  If no message regarding color choice is received, any color may be shipped to the buyer.  If you order an unlocked phone and it does not come unlocked, please message us for the code.

NOTE: We ONLY ship to confirmed PayPal addresses.  Please contact PayPal to have them assist you in confirming your address before purchase if necessary.  We must always ship to the address given to us in PayPal, even if a customer checks out with a different "Shipping Address" on the webstore.  As such, please be sure that the PayPal address represents the correct destination.
